This cottage is located in the village of Grasmere near Ambleside and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking in garage behind property for 1 Car. Private gravelled garden with decking, patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than 1 mile. Note: The stairs are open to one side, please take care and make sure children are supervised.
