This barn conversion cottage is located in the village of Chelmorton near to Buxton in the Peak District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 60” plasma TV, Blu-ray/DVD player with a selection of DVDs, WiFi, small library of books/games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Secure gated rear garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. One small well-behaved dog welcome with shared use of a 3-acre grass paddock, where dogs can run off lead. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop within 4.3 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. We are unable to accept children under the age of 4 at this cottage
