This cottage is in the village of Long Preston in North Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Gas central heating with wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for one car 25 yards away. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and two pubs 5 mins walk. Please Note: One well-behaved dog welcome, to be kept downstairs and not to be left unattended at any time in the property

Over two floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with recently fitted acoustic window to cut out noise, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining table and chairs. Sitting room with gas fire.The living room also has an acoustic window to cut out noise in March 2021 a new composite door will also be fitted
