This barn conversion cottage is located in the village of Chelmorton near to Buxton in the Peak District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 60” plasma TV, Blu-ray/DVD player with a selection of DVDs, PlayStation 3, Radio/CD, iPod dock, WiFi, small library of books/games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Secure gated side garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. One small well-behaved dog welcome with shared use of a 3-acre grass paddock where dogs can run off the lead. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop within 4.3 miles, pub within 0.3 miles.
We are unable to accept children under the age of 4 at this cottage. The cottage is situated in a weak WI-FI spot.
