Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Roadside parking is available. Rear lawned garden and patio area with seating. One well-behaved pet welcome, one more may be considered upon request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note; Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms and are not to be left alone in the property
