This cottage is located in the popular village of Low Newton-by-the-Sea, near Beadnell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Night storage heaters with electric radiator. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, Dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, wifi, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off road parking space for 1 car behind cottage accessible by a short flight of steps, additional off road parking space for 1 car at end of terrace 1 min walk away along a narrow lane. Large, shared enclosed, lawned garden to front with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Maximum 4 people including infants. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note: Minimum stay for Short Breaks x3 nights, arrivals and departures only on Saturday and Tuesday. Please be advised: This property is not able to accommodate a Friday arrival or departure.. Please Note This property does not allow guest to charge their electric cars on site, please use the designated charging points in the area. Please note that outdoor equipment such as bicycles, water sport equipment, wetsuits etc regrettably cannot be taken into the property. There is a water tap outside for hosing equipment down and a washing line for drying wet suits etc.
