This lodge is on a fantastic development and is close to all amenities, offering private garden and parking, located in the market town of Keswick in the Lake District National Park and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking on-site for 2 cars. Balcony. Shared grounds with children’s play area, river and woodland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to balcony in property and river in grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time is 4pm.
Please note: Keswick Bridge operates a fair usage policy for electricity to encourage guests to be eco-friendly; the electricity used during your stay is not included in the rental price but is charged on departure and is calculated using meters read before and after your stay, with the cost being in the region of £60-£75 depending on time of year. Please note: Due to the extensive use of timber, barbecues are not permitted in any properties at Keswick Bridge.
NB Please advise at time of booking if you require the use of the sofa bed as towels and bedding would need to be requested.
