This cottage is located in the village of Minnis Bay near Birchington, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in surrounding roads on first come, first served basis. The garage is not used for car parking. Lawned garden to the rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 11 mins walk. Note; There is a small pond in the garden that is fenced but children to be supervised at all times. Note: Due to steep, narrow cottage stairs, care should be taken and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
