Gas central heating with a woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for stove available to purchase locally. Bed Linen and towels inc. in rent. Note: Hairdryer and radio provided. Note: Load/unload outside property only. Parking in the local car park, Hawkshed car park, with a permit, the permit is left in the property for guests’ arrival and convenience, permit hanging behind the front door. The car park is on a first come first served basis.
Front courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2-minute walk. Note: Adults only
