This stone-built, semi-detached cottage situated close to the Teesdale village of Gainford sleeps two people.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for hot tub supplied. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio area with wood-fired hot tub and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Fishing available on land. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isn’t pot holed or rutted. Please note the wood burning hot tub can take up to 4 hours to heat up and needs to started and maintained by yourself during your stay, you need to stay with the fire once it is lit.
