This semi-detached farmhouse on a working farm a mile from Hathersage sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side garden with small patio, lawn and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Cottage accessed by a steep unmade track. Note: Clay pigeon shooting must be pre-booked with the owner. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note: maximum 6 people allowed, including any infants. Please note – You are welcome to charge your electric car however, it is £5 per charge per car. Please note: this is a fully working farm and, for health and safety reasons, the owners would politely request that you only use the property premises and garden during your stay. Walking on the fields is prohibited due to the use of farming vehicles throughout the day.
