This stone-built cottage on the edge of the village of Millhouse Green sleeps seven people in three bedrooms.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, PlayStation 4 with games available on request, WiFi, selection of books, board games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Cot, highchair and two stairgates. Off road parking for 4 cars. Bike/boot storage. Enclosed side patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome (to be kept on ground floor only, not permitted in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Please contact owner at least 48 hours prior to arrival if you would like the super king-size bed in family room to be two singles. Note: A river runs through the smallholding, approx. 5 mins walk from the property, therefore children must be supervised. Note: No stag/hen, or similar. Owners live within close proximity to property, the owner has CCTV pointed at their own property and the driveway, the holiday let can not be seen by the camera.
