Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, superfast fibre WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Allocated parking space. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, for an additional charge of £25 a second well-behaved dog is welcome too (Can dogs stay downstairs please.). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
