This delightful Grade II listed cottage is situated in the village of West Lutton, near Driffield and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.

Farm shop 3 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Coast 15 miles. Note: Property has steep stairs, there?s one step down from the double bedroom and the floors are uneven in places, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms. Note: Shallow stream to front of property, children and pets must be supervised at all times.
