This end-terrace cottage rests in the Lake District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Electricity and central heating included but fuel for the woodburning stove is not provided and would need to be purchased by guests. Logs, kindling and firelighters can be purchased locally at most petrol service stations. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear lawn and patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: The freezer is in the conservatory. Note: Laundry is a separate building, housing an integral washer/dryer.
