Oil central heating with underfloor heating to kitchen and all en-suite bathrooms, and woodburning stove and open fire. Electric 5 oven AGA with two hotplates, combination microwave/oven, 2 x fridge/freezer (second freezer located in the outhouse), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (will take the majority of pods), ice maker, Smart TVs with basic Sky package, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Secure storage. Extensive lawned garden with patios, sun terrace and furniture (care required with small children near the shallow stream). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 12 mins walk. Shop 3.5 miles.
