Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawned area and patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 miles, pub 3 miles. Please note property cannot facilitate arrivals on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note: There is a £25 Pet Supplement per pet, per week (including short breaks). Please do not let dogs upstairs or on soft furnishings. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property.
