This delightful double-fronted stone cottage rests in the heart of Tweedmouth, part of Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove and open fire. Range electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking for one vehicle outside of the house, additional parking available around the corner on a first come, first serve basis. Enclosed lawned garden and decking area with hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Please note: The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between each set of guests, as a result it will not be available to use until the early morning of the day after arrival as it needs to get to temperature.
