Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Unrestricted roadside parking available on a first come, first serve basis. Private enclosed courtyard with decking and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk.
