Fuel, power and fuel for fires inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburner included in rental. The owner will advise you where to purchase extra at the property. Bed linen, robes and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for swimming pool. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 10 cars. Formal gardens, lawned areas and three seperate seating areas including a south facing high level patio area with charcoal BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3.5 miles. Pub 4 miles. Note: The leisure suite is to be locked off when not in use. Children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Please note: The owner is able to assist with local contacts for caterers & suppliers. Note: A helicopter can be hired with prior notice for special celebrations, as there is a landing site available within the grounds. Please note: Sunday changeovers are not allowed on this property.
