This cottage is situated in the village of Kirkby Stephen near Sedbergh and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Four ovens with two warming drawers, microwave combination, five-ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Note: Small number of steps from sun room to patio and from patio to lawn area. Note: Property includes a front pond, children should be supervised.
