A traditional cottage near Gunnerside in North Yorkshire that can sleep five people in two bedrooms.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Access to property is down a rough gravel track., which may not be suitable for low slung cars Front lawn with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Pull out bed is for flexibility. Maximum occupancy is for five people. Note: The stone stairs leading to the bedrooms are larger than average stairs, and therefore, the property may not be suitable for those with less mobility.
