This mid-19th century cottage is in the village of Elton near to Winster and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, booster seat and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 mid-sized car and roadside parking in close vicinity. Secure bike storage. Garden with patio and furniture, plus raised lawned area with orchard. One well-behaved dog welcome, to be kept on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 1 min walk (limited opening hours). As seen in the pictures, there are 5 steps up to the raised lawned area – people with limited mobility should take care and children need to be supervised. The staircase inside the property initially has three corner stairs with a post for gripping, followed by a banister. Please note: check in is 6pm and check out is 10am.
