This wonderful mid-terrace property is situated directly facing the sea in the popular seaside town of Withernsea and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Fuel & power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Secure bike storage. Front patio with seating. Rear enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: Guests should be aware that the property has a swallow nest above the front door. These are a protected bird and guests do enjoy watching them but this may not be to everybody’s taste.
Please note that the property has 4 internal fire doors, on the living room, dining room and two main bedrooms. These are spring loaded doors however we have fitted Dorgard devices which allow you to safely keep doors open if needed. The devices will automatically close in the event of a fire.
