Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Farmhouse courtyard with lawned areas. Enclosed private garden (16.8m x 8.8m approx) with patio furniture and a hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, must be supervised at all times. £25 supplement charge per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 2.5 miles and two pubs, one less than 5 mins walk, one 10 mins walk. Note: WiFi could be intermittent. Note: There is a key safe at the property. Note: NO STAG/HEN PARTIES OR SIMILAR. Note: This property only sleeps 6 people max.
