This stone-built terraced cottage rests in the small village of Ruswarp, North Yorkshire and can sleep eight guests in four bedrooms.
Designated parking for 1 car, there is some off road-side parking available on first come first serve basis.

Gas Central heating with woodburning stove. AGA range cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Smart TV, WiFi, DVD player, DVD’s. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Designated off-road parking for 1 car, there is some additional off-road parking available on the street but this is first come first serve basis. Enclosed patio at rear with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Staircase to loft twin room has restricted headroom, low door frame and sloping ceiling. Please note that weekly bookings need to start on a Friday unless agreed by the owner previously. Please contact the office, should this be something you are looking to do.
