Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Access to the entrance is via a flight of 17 shallow steps, divided into groups of 3 with short level areas in between, and a handrail on one side. There are also two steps up to the patio and garden area. Note: There is an internal locked door connecting to the owner’s home.
