This charming, pet friendly cottage is located in the village of Portinscale in the Lake District and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Secure garden. On street parking. Travel Cot. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub a walk away, shops and restaurants 5 min drive.

Please note that pets are not allowed upstairs.

Over three floors. There is one second floor twin bedroom with x 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC with an under eave sloping ceiling.  First Floor: Lounge. Ground floor: Kitchen dining area leading onto a WC and Utility area.
