Full gas central heating.Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2x wall mounted flat screen TVs, DVD player, outdoor lounging furniture, table and chairs. Sunken hot tub – to be used between 10am and 10pm only. Fuel and power inc. inc. rent . Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for two cars. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
Sorry no smoking. Pub on site 500 yards, village pub 1 mile. Shop on site 500 yards, village shop 4 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
