A detached lodge situated on the Bay near Filey in North Yorkshire, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.

Gas central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, Coffee filter machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power inc. rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking. Enclosed rear decking with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 3 mins walk, beach 10 minute walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children?s pool, gym, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Note: Other outdoor activities are available at an extra cost. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times.

Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible.
However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite Jack and Jill shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
