This attached cottage sits close to the North Yorkshire village of Burniston and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Storage and electric heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, High speed fiber WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for x2 cars. Enclosed patio and gravel garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, two on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.5 miles, pub 2 miles. NOTE: Check in 4pm. Dogs must be over 6 months of age to be accepted on the booking.
Note – We have two type 2 EV charging points on site (chargeable).
Note – Bicycles must not be stored in the cottage. There is an outdoor bike rack in the car park for up to 4 bikes, adjacent to this is a secure bike shed for up to 4 bikes, as well as an unlocked outbuilding which has a wall mounted lock which can store a further 3 bikes.
