This lovely, studio-style cottage in Nexhill, Sussex, sleeps two people in one bedroom.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owner’s extensive grounds and woodland, plus seasonal use of tennis court and swimming pool (available Jun-Sep) by arrangement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Children over 12 and babes-in-arms only. Note: There is a small, unfenced pond close to the cottage. Note: A main road runs past the property, so care must be taken when exiting the driveway. Note: Some road noise can be audible during busy times. Note: Although all ground floor, there is one step to the front door and one step into the property. The floor into the living area is also slightly raised with one step up.
