Tent Lodge, previously a family home, is steeped in character and history on the shores of Coniston water. Sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms.

Two open fires. Oil fired AGA, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, CD player, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 5 cars. Extensive lawned gardens with patio, furniture and BBQ. Private lake access with 3 jetties. two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1.6 miles. Shop 1.7 miles. Note: Due to the open nature of the staircase please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Tent Lodge features

Set over 3 floor. Six bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size bedroom with Jack and Jill shower room, with basin and WC connected to 1 x twin bedroom. 2 x first floor king-size bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet and wash basin,and the other en-suite with shower, toilet and washbasin. 1 x second floor twin bedroom, 1 x second floor bedroom with 2 single beds. Family bathroom located on first floor. Toilet on ground floor. Kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Utility room. Dining room with open fire. Sitting room with open fire.

Note: If you would like to bring a boat (maximum 26ft) please contact the owner directly re launching. Please be aware that there is a 10 mile an hour speed restriction on Coniston Water.
