This terraced cottage in the village of Muston, near Filey sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (all TVs have Freeview), 3 x DVD players, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed gravelled garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 min walk. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: There are steep, winding cottage stairs; they are unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
