Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Wrap-around patio with bench. Rear enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub. Enclosed field at the back of the property and paddock available to use for dogs. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles, bus stop few yards away. Please note : The owner would be willing to allow guests to charge their cars using the owners power, this will need to be arranged with Sykes prior to the booking.We will charge a rate of £25.Please call to discuss further.
