Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and camp bed available. Off-road parking. Lawned gardens and gravelled area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Please do not leave your pets unattended and pets are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. Note: Check in is 4pm onwards and check out is by 10am. Please note, this property is part of the main house B&B.
