A magnificent, detached stone farmhouse in Bashall Eaves, four miles from Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley, with three bedrooms and a sofa bed accommodating up to seven people.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove and an open fire. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, Nintendo Wii, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fires inc. in rent. Additional fuel can be purchased and delivered locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for three cars. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 2 miles, supermarket 3.5 miles, pub 3 mins walk.

The Old Forge features

Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with sitting area and en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x single bed, Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with two dining areas (each seats 6) and woodburning stove. Utility. Sitting room with open fire. Study with sofa bed.
