The Old Shop is a quality conversion of attractive old buildings, in the centre of the village of Parwich, and sleeps eleven people in five bedrooms.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove and oil-filled electric heater in ground floor bedroom. Electric range cooker with electric oven and hob, microwave,fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 55″ smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Games room. Roadside parking for up to 3 cars on first come, first served basis. Lockable bike storage. Courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Check-in 5pm. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

For those with mobility issues:
There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom with wet-room shower, However please be aware that the bathroom is accessed via three steps up (with handrail) from the lounge to the rear lobby, there are no handrails adjacent to the shower, but the toilet seat has integral drop-down armrests, and a wheeled shower chair can be provided with sufficient notice, to access the bedroom from the rear lobby there is one further step down, the lounge with the TV is upstairs. With notice we can also provide a TV downstairs for our guests with mobility difficulties who find it hard to access the upstairs lounge

Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with level access, shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 11) and sitting area (seats 8). Utility. First floor sitting room (seats 8) with woodburning stove. Games room.
