Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and 2 x highchair. Roadside parking with additional parking in nearby pay and display car park. Enclosed courtyard with new hot tub to seat 8 and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a single step at the front and back door and also to two of the bedrooms, a ramp can be provided. Note: Owner can provide a shower chair if required. Note: The property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, the sofa bed is for flexibility. Note: Maybe suitable for wheelchair users, however call the owner for specific requirements. Note: No items are be stuck up on walls in the property due to recent renovations
