This ground floor barn conversion is based in Newnham on Severn, Herefordshire and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Central heating, woodburner. Oven, hob, fridge, TV, WIFI. Fuel and power and inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking. Gravelled garden area, a few steps below the accommodation, beyond this is anopen, grassed area with direct access across the owner’s fields to woodland. 2 dogs allowed at a charge of £25 per dog per week.
Wood fired Hot tub available for £50 for 5 nights & under or £70 for 7 nights and over. This is to be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE:
the owner will instruct on the use of the Hot Tub, however the running of the hot t tub is the responsibility of the guests.
Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: The property is on the ground floor, but there are a few steps into the property, and inside the property.

Bathroom with roll-top bath, WC and washbasin plus a make-up area with dressing table (separated from bedroom by a curtain).
