This stone cottage is located close to the village of Pooley Bridge and can sleep two people.

Oil central heating with open fire(logs can be purchased locally). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Logs for fire are not included. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Roadside parking. Lawned gardens with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Property accessed via seven stone steps, please take care. Note: No mobile phone reception. Note: Stream opposite cottage, which is at the bottom of a very steep bank, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Road to cottage is narrow and steep, a four-wheel drive may be required in winter weather. Note: Babes-in-arms only. Note: Please be advised that you will need to bring your owner supplies for the open fire. Note: Due to the location of the property, WiFi is suitable for browsing only and not for streaming or downloading. Please note that for any stay between 28/4/23 and 9/5/23, the fireplace will not be in operation and cannot be used. There will be a logburner installed from 9/5/23.
