This stone-built, detached cottage is situated close to Hamsterley village and Forest and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage and cleaning area. Shared front courtyard with furniture. Sorry no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. River Wear 5 mins walk. Note: There are sheep and horses in the surrounding fields. Note: The approach road to the cottage is approx 0.6 miles of unpaved and uneven farm road, as long as the road is taken very slowly it can be used by everyday vehicles. Note: A 10% discount is available on entrance to The Kynren Project by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: Guests who wish to use the adjacent paddock are encouraged to call prior to booking for further information. Please note the property only accepts one small well behaved pet. There is a pet supplement of £25.00 per week. Property now has an electric car charging point, it is a British 3 point plug specific for the purpose and is on a meter paid directly to the owner
