This cottage is located in the village of Brading near Sandown and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Electric central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Free allocated parking for 1 car in public car park approx 2 mins walk away up a slight hill (perhaps unsuitable for those with limited mobility), additional parking in local paid car parks. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk. Note: Convenience store opposite will allow 5 minutes parking for loading/unloading only. Guests can also park down the side of the property on the drive. Property situated on main road through village, therefore associated road noise maybe heard.
