Oil fired central heating plus wood burning stove. Induction hob, double oven, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, TVs, DVDs, books, children’s games, WiFi. Oil and electricity included, bed linen and towels provided. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. 2 person Hot Tub. Fishing access to River Liddell. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 10 minute drive. Countryside walks 1 min.
