Underfloor heating. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden with bench and separate table. Sorry no pets, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles.. Note: WiFi is available – but please be aware that this is a rural area, and the speed may not be what you are used to.

Note: The underfloor heating is set at a constant level of warmth (dependent on the time of year naturally!) and is included within your price.
Note: Wifi is available, however due to the location of the property the connection is not always great.
Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of £150.
