This cosy, semi-detached cottage rests on the edges of Napton-on-the-Hill and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. i n rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 to 3 cars at owner’s property next door. Shared garden with views over canal. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles. Dogs must be on a lead when outside animals on-site. Note: Care to be taken in the garden, due to tree stumps and rabbit holes in the wood, and steep banks by the pond. Note: The cottage is immediately alongside the canal, if any guests have a boat, you may wish to moor alongside with a gate straight off the canal towpath. Note: Local boat hire available at close proximity to the property.
