This detached cottage is situated in the town of Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria, and can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Double oven range, gas hobs, a large fridge/freezer dishwasher, as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. Smart TV, x 3 TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power is inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in the rent. Off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking. Large private garden and patio area with a garage and riverside/limestone escarpment views. Sorry, no dogs, no smoking. Pub 1.8 miles, shops 1.8 miles.. Note: Stairs narrow and steep; care to be taken. There are some steps down to front door but other door at back is flat with easy access. Please note: property sleeps a maximum of 5 people including any infants. Note: The single room is suitable for younger guests
