This characterful cottage rests in Hartlepool, Durham and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Gas central heating, gas fire and woodburning stove. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tumble dryer. TV, CD/radio player, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Hairdryer. Fuel, power and wood for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate available. Roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis and off-road parking space for one car in the neighbouring side street. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: To compliment the TV downstairs there is Netflix, there is Amazon Alexa to provide radio and music in the upstairs lounge as well as Virgin Media . You can also access your usual TV channel subscriptions through your laptop or iPlayer via the free internet. Note: Dogs not to be allowed in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings. Note: An additional two guests can be slept on the sofa bed in the open-plan living space on request
