This cottage is located in the village of Skipton near Grassington, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. Logburner has a fuel start pack. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking at rear of property for 1 car and local roadside parking on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Patio doors leading to a private courtyard with gate and access to the above parking space. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. The Herriots bar/restaurant 3 minute walk.
Please note: The front of the property has had an Acoustic window fitted to reduce noise.
