Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Patio is not completely private as neighbours use the patio area to access their property. Note: The property does not have an electric vehicle charging point, The nearest is located in Skipton, either in Morrisons car park or in the car park located to the rear of Skipton Town Hall. Electric cars can however be plugged into a normal electric socket in the property for a charge of £20.00 per charge paid directly to the owners who live next door by prior arrangement.
